The Disability Foundation introduce Hypnotherapy

The Disability Foundation (TDF) are another charity based at the Royal National Orthopaedic Hospital, and Radio Brockley has been working on a series with the charity, introducing the various complimentary therapies they offer.

TDF are open Mondays to Saturdays and offer a range of holistic therapies including acupuncture, chiropody, counselling, massage, osteopathy, reflexology, reiki, and yoga therapy. You can find out more about them here http://www.tdf.org.uk/

The latest in our series with them features Sharon Keaney, who specialises in hypnotherapy. Our reporter Sue Weston had a chat with Sharon about how hypnotherapy can benefit people with anxiety, addiction, pain management, or sleep deprivation among other things.

You can listen to the interview, which featured on the regular Brockley News show, here: https://youtu.be/LnkAY6JDJX4

Check back for some exciting news on a new series we are working on with TDF which will be available to listen to in the next few months.
