ASPIRE   A national charity that provides help and support to people who have a Spinal Cord Injury.  It is based at RNOH.

The Barbara Bus Fund (BBF)  Charity founded at the RNOH in 1968 which provides adapted vehicles for wheelchair users.

Charity Commission for England and Wales  We are registered charity number 1211816.

Hospital Broadcasting Association (HBA)  Umbrella organisation supporting UK hospital broadcasting.  We are HBA member 190.

National Health Service (NHS)  Founded in 1948, the NHS is the collective name used for each of the public health services in the United Kingdom – NHS England, NHS Scotland, NHS Wales and Health & Social Care in Northern Ireland.

Orthotic and Prosthetic Users Stanmore (OPUS) A non-profit patient led voluntary group, based at the RNOH.

RNOH NHS Trust The hospital we have served since 1966.

The RNOH Charity strengthens the vital work of RNOH on an ongoing basis by providing extra services and facilities that are beyond the reach of the hospital’s NHS budget.
