Alpha Sessions 10 Brings Two Days of Amazing Musical Talent

Listeners of Radio Brockley were treated to two incredible days of live new music on the “Alpha Sessions 10” weekend on the 20th and 21st October. The two days saw 19 incredible acts come to the studio to talk about their music and perform live. Radio Brockley volunteers were on hand to welcome and entertain the guests, whilst the sessions were broadcast live on the radio and, for the first time, via Facebook live. It meant that listeners from both inside and outside the hospital could participate and ask questions.

Hosts and founders of the show, Emma and Alan Joyce said “we were blown away by the number of amazing artists who were willing to give up their time to come and perform for free to support our charity. We have so much love for them and, judging by the reaction we have received, they have picked up many more fans too. Hopefully this will boost the profile of hospital radio even further”.
