Radio Brockley Broadcasts First Request Show Since Lockdown
Radio Brockley is set to broadcast its first full request show in over three months this evening (Sunday 21st June), as the station looks to start resuming more direct interaction with patients at the Royal National Orthopaedic Hospital.
The pre-recorded programme, hosted by Neil Boyt (pictured) and Keith Reeve, will feature an hour of requests from the London Irish and Duke of Gloucester wards. New regular COVID-19 testing at the RNOH means that Radio Brockley patient reps are now once again able to resume ward visits, whilst observing the strict social distancing and face covering regulations.
The show will be broadcast in the regular Sunday Request Show slot between 8-9pm, and repeated at 8pm on Tuesday and Thursday evenings.
Regular live programmes have been suspended on Radio Brockley since 15th March, but it is hoped that this will become the first of more regular request shows again. Don’t forget you can also make a request using the link from our website here.
