Radio Brockley COVID-19 Series Attracts Record Audiences
Radio Brockley has attracted a record audience in recent weeks, largely thanks to some specially produced programmes to support the Royal National Orthopaedic Hospital during the Coronavirus Pandemic.
We have now had over a thousand listeners to our podcasts, which were launched last year, with around half of that audience coming in the last few weeks, since the COVID-19 outbreak began.
Radio Brockley has been recording a weekly series of news updates with senior staff at the RNOH including the Dr Adam Benton – the Associate Medical Director, Lucy Davies (pictured) – the Chief Operating Officer, Michelle Hodgkinson – the Deputy Director of Organisational Development, and most recently Professor Paul Fish – the Deputy Chief Executive and Chief Nurse. The programmes are made available from 6pm every Friday on Radio Brockley, and via podcast at all the main podcast sites.
In addition, Rebecca Lewis and her mum Caroline have also launched a new series called Mental Health Check, which has already proved extremely popular in its first three episodes.
