Exclusive: 60s Star Julie Rogers Speaks to Radio Brockley

Radio Brockley has recently broadcast an exclusive interview with 1960s singing star Julie Rogers as part of a Brockley News special.

Julie is best known for her 1964 Top 3 hit “The Wedding”, which is still a popular track now on Radio Brockley. She also scored hits with “Like A Child” and “Hawaiian Wedding Song”.

In an exclusive interview with Macie Lewis, Julie talks about how she got into the business, her experiences at the London Palladium, performing for royalty, and how she nearly sung one of the most famous Bond themes.
