Live Shows Suspended During Coronavirus Outbreak

Radio Brockley has suspended all live programmes until further notice, along with all patient / ward visiting due to the escalating Coronavirus situation. This comes after consultation with senior staff at the Royal National Orthopaedic Hospital. It is tough decision for the station, which puts patient interaction at the heart and soul of its output, but the wellbeing of both our volunteers and patients remains the obvious priority.

This is first time in Radio Brockley’s 63-year history that live programmes will be off the air for potentially a significant time. We are, however continuing to provide news updates on the Coronavirus situation within the RNOH, and will be providing some new programmes from home studios. You can also check the RNOH website for the latest news and advice for patients and visitors regarding the virus at https://www.rnoh.nhs.uk/news
